*It was agreed to delete the provision that the Scribe be a
non-voting member
*It was agreed that the requirement that one be a member for 3
months before being allowed to vote was deleted, with the

*Cindy passed around info about a Livable Wage Rally in Augusta

write it and get it approved at the next meeting, after sending
the Maine Rural Workers Coalition a draft letter pending approval
of the final.
*Cindy also offered to do posters of the Economic Bill of Rights
to be distributed locally in support of the rally, and to send
out a press release
*Mark Elwin reminded everyone of the Stream dance at the Blue
Goose on March 31, with a potluck beginning at 6:30. Felix Brown
will perform on April 21. He suggested that we pay for an ad in
the Free Press to promote this band which has had no exposure in
our area.
*Will Neils presented background info on the Free Trade Area of
the Americas, with info about actions we can take either in
Quebec City or Jackman, Maine.
*We agreed to sign the Maine Global Action Network's letter of

it to MeGAN.
